Birkenhead developer, Starship, has unveiled plans for a luxury residential unit on the seafront at West Kirby, Wirral.
Hilbre Sands will be located on the site of the former M&Co building which will be transformed into new luxury apartments featuring four floors, comprising eight spacious two-bedroom apartments, and two ground floor commercial spaces, as well as nine car parking spaces.

Developed and constructed by Starship, each apartment has been planned by Eden Planning and designed by DK-Architects.
