Real Return Marketing has hired Camilla Rose Ainsworth as Sales Director.
Her role will be to onboard clients and will work from their office in Hale.
She is best known as the youngest ever finalist on BBC TV’s The Apprentice.

EET Fuels – the trading name of Stanlow-based Essar Oil (UK) – has appointed Adrian Curry as Chief Decarbonisation Officer, effective September 2, 2024.
Adrian will lead the development and implementation of EET Fuels’ energy transition strategy, with the goal of delivering the world’s leading low carbon process refinery. He brings extensive experience as a seasoned Chair, Managing Director, and board member across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), with a proven track record of establishing and growing disruptive businesses, large-scale manufacturing, and major capital projects.
His recent roles include Strategic Advisor and Managing Director at Encirc, Non-Executive Director at Glass Futures, member of the North West Business Leaders Team, and a board member at British Glass and the Gallo Glass Company. He has also been a member of the San Telmo Business School International Advisory Board, and a Commissioner of Sustainable & Inclusive Growth at Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.

Two members of UBS Global Wealth Management’s Manchester office team have been appointed to client advisor roles, following a period of strong regional demand from clients in the North West and across the north.
James Bradshaw originally joined UBS as a wealth management apprentice six years ago, before progressing to client account manager while completing a degree apprenticeship with the University of Exeter.
Now promoted to client advisor, James will continue his professional training while supporting other client advisors to provide investment advice and enhance relationships in the business and finance communities across the North West and Yorkshire.
Andy Carroll joined UBS in the summer of 2023 and has supported business owners and entrepreneurs in the North West as a financial planner over the past year.
Drawing on his 13 years of experience working in financial services, Andy has now taken on the client advisor role. This new position will see Andy continue to establish and grow client relationships, provide strategic advice on investment products and solutions to clients, and closely monitor the quality of client portfolios.

Bury-based UAP, the British door hardware supplier, has made two key management appointments to its growing team.
Martin Cope joins as National Account Manager, and Adam Dixon as Senior Technical Manager.
Martin Cope has vast experience in sales management across 45 years and will be contributing to UAP’s continued development by establishing relationships with builders’ merchants and helping the business forge established routes into the industry.
Dixon brings a decade of experience in the fire safety industry, with expertise in compliance and product development. His work has taken him across the country – servicing iconic landmarks including the Elizabeth Tower clock face as well as major projects including Transport for London’s Elizabeth line.

Liverpool-based Integras Property Group (IPG), an ethical property developer, has announced a third senior appointment, with Ryan Guest joining the firm as Head of Development.
Since June, IPG has revealed a hat trick of new hires to the leadership team, as it drives forward its ambitious growth journey.
As Head of Development, Ryan will be accountable for successful execution of all UK developments, while growing and maintaining the supply chain of all developments to ensure a smooth and safe delivery of quality.

North West law firm Harrison Drury has expanded its property litigation team with the appointment of experienced solicitor Grant Redburn.
Grant, who joins from Butcher & Barlow, will be based at the firm’s Preston office and advise clients across the North West and further afield.
He specialises in acting for landlords and tenants in connection with commercial lease disputes including renewal proceedings, dilapidations, rent review and forfeiture/enforcement.
Colin Fenny, partner and head of the property dispute resolution team at Harrison Drury, said: “Grant will provide much needed technical support and expertise to help meet the increased demand our team has seen over the last year.”

Heatio, the Liverpool-based clean-tech start-up has made two new appointments to its senior leadership team.
Neil Norman joins as Chairman of the board and Scott Williams as Chief Product Officer (CPO).
Alongside his appointment as Chairman, Neil joins Heatio as one of the investors in what was an oversubscribed investment round for the company, which was supported by Brabners, and led by Ascension, with support from several co-investors, including Conduit Connect, The Syndicate Room, Baltic Ventures and LYVA Labs.
Neil, previously founder and CEO of MSite, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of developing and scaling organisations in the deep tech sector and will lead the team as they look to establish Heatio as the formative technology platform driving the transition to clean domestic energy.
Further strengthening the management team, Scott Williams joins as CPO to drive Heatio’s product vision, strategy and execute its innovative processes. Scott has years of experience building product capabilities and assets that digital businesses need to scale quickly. He has worked for organisations such as Google, Habito and Kugu Home, as well as running his own business.
Scott said: “I’m excited to join this incredible team, who all have a passion and determination to make renewable sources of energy for the home more accessible and with it, reduce people’s energy bills and accelerate the UK’s drive to net zero.”
