Long leasehold of key city office site up for grabs

The long leasehold of a key city centre office site in Manchester is available to acquire.

Colliers’ Manchester National Offices team has been appointed by banking group Santander to sell the long leasehold interest in Sovereign House, a prime office building located at 298 Deansgate.

No guide price has been published.

Sovereign House provides 33,902 sq ft split across three floors, offering flexible office space, and 16 car parking spaces.

Its prominent location, coupled with excellent access to key transport links such as the Deansgate railway and Metrolink stations, makes it an attractive proposition for a range of potential purchasers.
