Landscape specialist takes fifth floor at Northspring | Spring Gardens
Landscape planners and urban designers, Gillespies, has chosen the fifth floor of Northspring | Spring Gardens as its new Manchester base.
After 40 years in Altrincham, the firm has relocated to the heart of the city’s central business district, embracing a hybrid working model.
Gillespies also maintains offices in London, Oxford, Leeds, and Abu Dhabi.
Jim Gibson, Partner at Gillespies, said: “We explored several office spaces around Manchester, but the central location of Spring Gardens stood out.
“Though with our own office demise, we’re excited to be in shared workspace with other leading firms and looking forward to sharing the roof garden (weather permitting), gym, and the flexibly booked meeting facilities on the ground floor.”
Scott Shufflebottom, Director at Sixteen Real Estate, said: “Gillespies had a clear vision to modernise their workspace within Manchester city centre.
“Northspring met all of their criteria, and I’m confident that Jim and his team will thrive in their new office, enjoying the range of amenities Northspring offers.”
Northspring’s network includes seven properties across Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds, offering occupiers access to facilities at any location.
In Manchester, features include The Deck – a sleek roof terrace, The Park – a wellness space complete with cycle storage, a fitness suite, and EV charging bays, and The Club – a business lounge with hot-desking options, boardroom bookings, Zoom booths, and podcast recording facilities.
Currently, Northspring | Spring Gardens has just three available suites remaining.
Additional offices in the Manchester portfolio range from 1,100 to 3,800 sq ft with fully-fitted and furnished packages available.
