Double lettings deal for industrial units at Cheshire Green Industrial Estate

Deals have been completed for two lettings at Cheshire Green Industrial Estate, in Wardle, Nantwich, by Legat Owen.

Acting on behalf of commercial developers Spitfire Property, Legat Owen has let Unit 4 Spitfire Road to Quelfire, a manufacturer and supplier of tested firestopping solutions, dedicated to educating the industry and protecting people and property.

Unit 4 comprises a detached unit extending to 32,500 sq ft situated in a self-contained site. The unit benefits from internal office fit-out, eight metre eaves, 350 kVA power supply and a large, dedicated yard.

In addition, acting on behalf of a private client, Legat Owen has secured the letting of Unit 7 Airfield Road.

Family-run logistics company, GUS Logistics, has taken Unit 7 as part of an expansion to its existing nearby premises. The high quality new build unit comprises 55,199 sq ft, and will provide GUS Logistics with the opportunity to

expand its warehouse and distribution operation.
