Technology to the fore in North West Leadership Awards
Technology is to the fore of the North West economy, with innovation burning bright.
The 2025 North West Leadership Awards will recognise the best in the sector next March when our illustrious winners will be unveiled.
Liverpool-based design engineering company, DefProc Engineering, took the limelight at the 2024 event, with managing director and co-founder, Jen Fenner named our Technology Leader.
Her small team is helping businesses develop ideas to create exciting products that positively impact the world.
Only last month DefProc was named as one of only 10 North West companies to secure a place on this year’s Hydrogen Innovation Challenge, from Sustainable Ventures – Europe’s leading climate tech hub – which brings together groundbreaking innovators and established businesses in the North West to accelerate change towards a low-carbon economy.
Technology Leader is one of 21 overall categories that will feature in the 2025 event.
The North West Leadership Awards 2025 is an annual celebration which will highlight the people who are role models within their organisations and raise the bar for their competitors. The winners will show the qualities of extraordinary leadership and be able to demonstrate the positive impact this has had.
