Law firm seeks new city centre space for its 600-strong workforce

Law firm, JMW Solicitors, has appointed independent property consultancy, Edwards, to advise it on its search for new premises for its 600-strong workforce in Manchester.

JMW currently occupies office space at 3 Hardman Street and 1 Byrom Place.

It is now looking for circa 45,000 sq ft in Manchester city centre to relocate to.

Chris Sutton, JMW CEO, said he welcomed working with Edwards Property Consultants on the next exciting chapter for JMW in Manchester city centre.

He said: “We are committed to working hard to find a great working space for our people where they can continue to develop and thrive. 

“The firm has grown significantly in Manchester over the last decade, and this is an opportunity to create a fantastic new office environment for us in Manchester.”

He added: “The move will provide a platform for the firm to enter a new era, and we will aim to find the best new office space for our clients and staff.”
