Deal secured to seal 10-year lease on warehouse/distribution property

On behalf of TK Components, Davies Harrison Real Estate has secured a 10-year lease for a 65,000 sq ft warehouse/distribution centre in Denton, Greater Manchester in an off market deal.

Vithal House is a modern detached self contained facility situated close to junction 24 of the M60, within close proximity to TK Components’ existing headquarters.

The building provides the necessary space and infrastructure to support the company’s continued business growth.

Sixteen Real Estate and CBRE represented the landlord, a privately-owned company, in the transaction.
