Property advisor expands North West coverage with new waterfront office

National property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), is to open its first dedicated office in Liverpool, further enhancing its existing regional footprint.

The new office, at No 10 Princes Dock, Liverpool Waters, will accommodate the LSH Residential team – alongside other sector specialists – as LSH strengthens its presence in this growing market. 

LSH operates 29 offices with more than 1,000 staff.

With a long-standing presence in Manchester, this first dedicated base in Liverpool will enhance LSH’s presence in the North West and will meet growing demand in the city, which is seen as an increasingly important market for LSH.

After an extensive search for suitable premises, LSH chose Princes Dock at Liverpool Waters, a prime waterside location blending residential and commercial developments. 

Princes Dock is home to a vibrant community featuring an array of businesses and leisure activities.

A key factor in LSH’s decision to locate at Princes Dock was that all the commercial space at No 8, No 10 and No 12 Princes Dock has been verified Net Zero for several years running, and by the end of 2024 they will become the first commercial office buildings in Liverpool to connect their heating and hot water supply to the new Mersey Heat network, a district heat network and energy centre, further enhancing the environmental credentials.
