Property group strengthens its offer following bank’s £42m funding package
Manchester real estate investment and development firm, MCR Property Group, has unveiled a £42m investment from NatWest.
MCR says the deal will enable it to strengthen its position and add value across a broad spectrum of commercial, residential, industrial and retail projects throughout the UK, supported by the consolidation of lending through a singular facility with NatWest.
With a track record of 30 years within real estate investment and development, MCR has an in-house team spanning a variety of property specialisms.
Aiming to add value across all property classes facilitating deals both in the UK and internationally, their work strives to create enduring value for communities through strategic acquisition and repositioning of commercial, residential and retail assets.
