First UK Meatworks restaurant prepares to open in Circle Square

Modern steakhouse and eatery, Meatworks, is set to open its first restaurant at Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group’s Circle Square, on February 5.
With a menu boasting steak house classics, bold small plates and iconic burgers, the UK’s first Meatworks will be located within Symphony Park and joins the growing community of hospitality innovators at Circle Square.
The burger specialists, which is also the team behind the national smash burger, Boo and Midlands-based butchery Halal Editions, works with the highest quality suppliers of Irish, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, creating a range of the tastiest dishes.
The menu will include a mixture of traditional burger patties and smash burgers with unique flavour combinations. There will also be steaks and a range of innovative and distinctive small plates including signature cheeseburger dumplings and slow-cooked short rib pancakes.
The 52-cover restaurant will bring a cool and casual new dining space to Circle Square with the venue designed to create a relaxed experience while retaining the character of the space with a stripped back look that embraces the raw materials and modern architecture.
While the restaurant is alcohol-free, the menu includes an array of mocktails, such as a kiwi mojito and lychee and lemongrass mocktail, providing a unique spin on classic cocktail recipes alongside new flavours.
There is also a tasty plant-based dish available for meat-free guests.
