Property group completes construction of Cumbria industrial/trade facilities

Chorley-based Northern Trust Company has completed its new 22,212 sq ft industrial/trade counter development at Sneckyeat Industrial Estate in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

The new development consists of eight units at Northern Trust’s existing estate, located off Sneckyeat Road, which now spans 64,322 sq ft, comprising a mix of terraced, semi-detached, and individual buildings.

Work began on the development in June last year.

Ranging in size from 1,098 to 6,690 sq ft, the new units are designed to support local and regional businesses, providing modern, efficient spaces to accommodate the diverse needs of small and medium-sized industrial, trade counter, warehouse, and distribution operators.

Strategically located in Whitehaven, next to West Cumberland Hospital, the estate benefits from good transport links to the wider region via the A595.
