Law firm set to relocate Chester HQ to new centrally-located office

Knights Court

Law firm, DTM Legal, will relocate to a new Chester head office this month.

Acting on behalf of FT Patten Properties, Legat Owen, secured a 6,640 sq ft letting at Knights Court for the specialist commercial law firm.

It will relocate from its current HQ in the town’s Archway House, Station Road, to the second floor office space in Chester city centre at the end of February.

Located in a prominent position on Weaver Street, overlooking the inner ring road, the centrally located three-storey building is easily accessible to all the city’s amenities.

Will Sadler, director at Legat Owen, which is both letting and managing agent for the building, said: “DTM Legal are a firm which has undergone substantial growth and this move is testament to that success.

“Knights Court will enable them to grow whilst remaining in Chester city centre.”

He added: “Knights Court was chosen with energy efficiency in mind, incorporating modern facilities that support sustainability and promote employee wellbeing.”

DTM was unrepresented.
