Bruntwood SciTech invests £4m in its Liverpool office buildings

Bruntwood SciTech, has invested £4.3 million in refurbishments and upgrades of its city centre office buildings in Liverpool.
Notably £4 million has gone into The Plaza, one of Liverpool’s landmark buildings in the heart of the commercial business district, including a new roof terrace veranda event space above the entrance on St Paul’s Square.
At the nearby Cotton Exchange, a new reception alongside a new contemporary breakout lounge called ‘The Library’ has been built while the neighbouring Cotton House, 5000 sq ft space is being pitched at digital, tech or innovation-led companies.
Recent arrivals at The Plaza include Reputation – an AI-powered brand reputation platform and Australian law firm, Slater and Gordon’s UK arm, and Aptia, a tech-led professional services firm specialising in healthcare and retirement, and the largest third-party pensions administrator in the UK.
