Sign up now for our Property Lunch with Tim Heatley from Capital & Centric

Our special guest for our Property Lunch on the 15th of May 2025 will be Tim Heatley from social impact developer Capital & Centric.

Tim Heatley, Capital & Centric

Tim grew up in Salford, trained as a lawyer and left law behind to found property Capital&Centric which now invests over £2m a week in regeneration.

He is also the co-founder of the charity Regeneration Brainery, an academy that increases diversity and inclusivity in property, this year it will mentor 100 young adults throughout the UK.

Current projects include the iconic £50m Littlewoods Complex to create film and TV studios in Liverpool.

The restoration of Crusader Mill and the renovation of Talbot Mill to create over 500 homes, pocket parks and co-working studios

The £250m Kampus project (his former university campus!) is creating a new neighbourhood in Manchester city centre including 500 homes, restaurants, bars, workspace and public squares.

The 275 bedroom Adair St hotel in Manchester is part of Capital&Centric’s Piccadilly East masterplan, listed in the Sunday Times as one of the best emerging places to live in the UK.

As shown on the BBC TV programme Manctopia, Tim has taken a stance to ban investors and only sells homes to owner occupiers, in order to create communities that catalyse wider regeneration ambitions.

Tim will be in conversation at Manchester Hall on Bridge Street, with the editor of TheBusinessDesk.com, Michael Taylor and the event is sponsored by Pannone.
