Largest open storage site in North West comes to market

Davies Harrison has been appointed as joint agents, alongside Carter Jonas, to bring the largest open storage site in the North West to the market.

The Carrington location is a 30-acre site providing Grade A facilities close to Manchester.

The site is operated by Opensite Premium Limited Storage, one of the largest premium open storage operators in the UK.

The available site area will provide a unique secure Grade A facility with fully drained and surfaced plots with lighting, power and water.

Plots range in size from two up to 20 acres, providing flexibility for occupiers in a strategic location close to the M60 and accessible to central Manchester.
