Womenswear brand Anthropologie latest major player to commit to Liverpool One

Landsec, the owner of the Liverpool One retail site, has revealed that Anthropologie, the global womenswear, accessories and homeware brand, is to launch its first ever store in the North West there this autumn.
The latest in a series of best-in-class international brands committing to showcase spaces at Liverpool One this year, Anthropologie’s 7,000 sq ft flagship has a trading space of 5,000 sq ft and will open in a prime location on Peter’s Lane.
Like the recently announced ARNE debut permanent store, it will serve as a gateway to Liverpool One’s premium lifestyle district.
Anthropologie will house the brand’s own-label collections, including Maeve, Daily Practice and Celandine, as well as clothing lines across popular womenswear brands, and a range of footwear, accessories, and homeware.
Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool One-Landsec, said: “2025 is a year of huge momentum at Liverpool One. Anthropologie is yet another leading international retailer that aligns perfectly with the calibre of brands at the destination, further cementing Liverpool One as the UK’s hot spot for the best names in retail, and providing more unique reasons to visit.”
Matt Hilgeman, managing director at Anthropologie International, said: “We’re excited to be bringing Anthropologie to Liverpool with our first standalone store in the North West.
“Creativity is at the heart of everything we do – from our product curation to the in-store experience – so opening in a city with such a rich cultural identity feels like a natural fit. We can’t wait to welcome the local community into our Liverpool One space.’
Anthropologie’s signing follows the news that UNIQLO opened the doors to its highly anticipated Liverpool One store last month, welcoming shoppers to its city debut.
Also joining the line-up later this month are Sephora and TFG London.
