Lancaster Uni prepares for £5.5m refit

LANCASTER University is looking for a developer to handle the £5.5m refurbishment at one of its colleges.
The university is seeking expressions of interest for the work which will involves renovating the main building at Bowland College.
The 75,000 sq ft site includes office space, student bedrooms, family flats, a lecture theatre, a bar, and open space.
Bowland is the university’s oldest and smallest college, founded in 1964. The deadline for tenders or requests to participate is April 15.
