Appointments: New partners at Brabner Chaffe Street, Neil Myerson & Equlibrium

LAW firm Brabners Chaffe Street has promoted new partners in its Liverpool and Manchester offices.

Family law expert Lindsay Yateman has been promoted from associate in the Liverpool office while Simon Leigh is based in the Manchester office and specialises in commercial litigation.

Managing partner Mark Brandwood said: “Both have shown their outstanding ability to operate at partner level.  Their promotions are well deserved and demonstrate our continued investment in our employees.”

ALTRINCHAM commercial law firm, Neil Myerson has promoted commercial litigator Adam Maher to partner.

Maher, who joined the firm from Pannone five years ago, has become the seventh partner at the practice.

Managing partner Carl Newton said: “Adam’s promotion signifies the increasing strength and capability of the commercial litigation department which has had some highly notable cases in the last 12 months.”

EQUILIBRIUM Asset Management has promoted Gaynor Booth to associate partner.

She joined the Wilmslow-based company last year to helping the group win new business, and in he past 12 months Equilibrium has grown its client base from 320 to 370 and now oversees £185m worth of client assets.

Colin Lawson, managing partner of Equilibrium, said: “Gaynor has been a great addition to the Equilibrium team. She’s helped streamline our business and put effective systems in place to drive the company’s growth.”
