One Park West brings in £1m in a month

ONE Park West, the apartment complex developed by Grosvenor next to its Liverpool One complex, achieved more than £1m worth of new sales and lettings in September.
Grosvenor has opened a new marketing suite at the scheme, developed a new livery for the building and appointed Kingston Shaw Residential as its new sales and lettings agents.
Grosvenor’s projects director Guy Butler said that despite a generally weak demand for sales, One Park West has benefited from renewed interest in Liverpool’s residential markets botrh fropm individuals looking to let space and from property investors.
He said: “September has been flat out for us, with six apartment units sold and sixteen rented, adding up to over £1 million in revenue.
“Although there’s been economic doom and gloom this year we’ve taken a more pro-active approach with One Park West because we believe the building is in a fantastic location, has desirable apartments and is in a great city.
“We appointed Kingston Shaw as agents, designed a new livery for One Park West and saw Juice FM take space within the building, too. Anyone who visits the new marketing suite will pick up on the buzz surrounding the building.”
Prices at the development start from £129,000 for a one-bed apartment, rising to £550,00 for a penthouse.
