Betterbathrooms invests in new showroom site

WARRINGTON bathroom and tile specialist Betterbathrooms has big expansion plans for 2012, having bought a site next to one of its existing showrooms.

Betterbathrooms has three showrooms in Wigan, Warrington and Manchester and the company has bought a site in Warrington using a £1.4m finance package from Barclays Corporate, which the company said will also help to support future growth plans.
 
Peter Stevens, financial director of Betterbathrooms, said: “The opportunity to purchase the site next to our current showroom in Warrington could not have come at a better time for Betterbathrooms.

“The store is in an ideal location and will support the business on its successful growth journey whilst maintaining the highest level of service for our customers.”

The funding package was arranged by Miles Rothbury, relationship director at Barclays Corporate in Manchester.

He said: “This is a very successful business on a long growth journey, which we wish to support with every opportunity along the way. The newly acquired building in Warrington is ideally located and alongside the growth facility will provide Betterbathrooms with extra capacity to continue its strong growth story.”
