Clarification: Broadhurst Estates

On October 19, TheBusinessDesk.com published a story which stated that Broadhurst Estates, a property business owned by Aryeh Ehrentreu, had been wound up following a court hearing on October 3.

The story also stated that Broadhurst Estates Ltd was responsible for managing the assets of Grindale Ltd – a company which had also been owned by Mr Ehrentreu until it was placed into administration in March this year.

That is incorrect. The company which was wound up in court was Broadhurst Estates Ltd, but the the properties are being managed on behalf of administrators PwC by Mr & Mrs Ehrentreu, trading as Broadhurst Estates.

Grindale Ltd was placed into administration in March this year, with its club of banks facing a shortfall on loans made to it of £20m.
