Savills secures Altrincham’s Stamford Quarter

PROPERTY agent Savills has been appointed as the letting agent for Stamford Quarter Shopping Centre in Altrincham, taking over from Lunson Mitchenall.

The scheme, owned by Altrincham 2003 Estate Company, totals 350,000 sq ft and forms the first two phases of a £40m redevelopment of Altrincham town centre.

Existing tenants include Debenhams Desire, Next, H&M, River Island, Waterstones, Boots and Orange.

Mike Knowles, associate director at Savills, said: “We are currently in talks with retailers regarding the remaining two units within phase two of the project, which will then act as a catalyst for the units within the third phase towards Stamford Square.”
