MAG Developments appoints consultant to rebrand portfolio

MAG Developments has appointed Matt Leigh as a consultant to oversee the relaunch of its £300m investment portfolio.

Mr Leigh started his own marketing consultancy, Matt Leigh Industries, in March 2010 after leaving regional property giant Bruntwood.

He will re-brand the property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group’s marketing communications with the fresh emphasis it is placing on customer-focused service, the group said.

Mr Leigh aid: “MAG Developments is undergoing great change and this presents a fantastic opportunity to help shape its future marketing strategy. Consequently, I’m looking forward to really harnessing my creativity as part of a team that’s about to deliver some really exciting projects.”

The newly created consultancy position will support Stephanie Mullenger, MAG Developments’ business development director.

She said: “We’re focusing on the way we attract and retain customers, so Matt’s appointment is a real coup for us as he has a vast amount of experience in the property sector.

“His insight will help us to evolve our marketing outlook to complement our new customer focused approach with the aim of raising our profile and maximising our position.”
