COMMERCIAL property firm Langtree has bought St James Court – an 80,000 sq ft office and serviced business centre in Warrington.

The property, which is on the A49 and is close to the town centre, already has 30 businesses onsite. It also has a restaurant, meeting rooms, conferencing facilities, a children’s nursery and parking available.

Langtree managing director John Downes said St James Court would “add to our extensive national property portfolio”. The site, which was bought for an undisclosed sum, will now be rebranded St James Business Centre.

“This is our second acquisition in Warrington in recent months, having recently acquired Warrington Central Trading Estate, next to the Halliwell Jones stadium,” said Downes.

“There are good buying opportunities in the market at the moment and we are currently looking at a number of acquisitions nationwide, but being based in the area we are delighted to be investing in our local economy.”

Langtree was advised by WHR Property Consultants.
