AN office suite at Bilsdale Properties’ 80 Mosley St has been brought onto the market.

The building, at the corner of Mosley St and Princess St, had previously been fully occupied by Space Architects but it vacated its fifth floor, 2,206 sq ft suite in favour of space at Abbey Business Centre on Fountain St.

The suite is now available to lease via joint agents Jones Lang LaSalle and OBI Property.

Richard Wharton, director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s National Office agency team in Manchester, said: “Having previously been fully let we are delighted to have the opportunity of re-marketing one of the best suites within 80 Mosley Street.

“The future occupier will benefit from the high quality fit- out including partitioned offices, kitchen and cabling, together with views across St Peter’s Square and the Grade II listed Art Gallery.”

A mixed-use development in Putney designed by Liverpool-based architects Falconer Chester Hall has been granted planning permission.

The scheme consists of 148 residential units, commercial offices, leisure space, new public realm and car parking in four new buildings.

“This is an important commission for us,” said Falconer Chester Hall’s managing director, Adam Hall.

“It is a major redevelopment project in South West London won against competing practices from the capital.”
Falconer Chester Hall's Putney scheme
The scheme, for developers Art Estates, will involve the demolition of existing office buildings on Upper Richmond Road opposite East Putney’s underground station.

“It’s a highly visible site and we have worked very closely with Wandsworth planning offices, The Putney Society, local stakeholders and the Greater London Authority to create a high quality piece of contemporary architecture and public realm.”

Four new buildings will be erected ranging in height from five to 11 storeys with communal amenity space at ground floor and roof levels.

Landscaping will include a new pedestrian route, linking the East Putney Tube Station forecourt, through the development and across the South West train lines over The Woodlands Way Bridge.

Almost one quarter of the residential units will be affordable properties.

Work is expected to start on site shortly.
