HOW plans three Waitrose-led schemes

HOW Planning has been appointed on three schemes for food retailer Waitrose, part of the John Lewis Partnership.
Manchester-based HOW is providing advice on preparing planning applications for Chester’s Boughton Centre, where a mixed use scheme including a full offer Waitrose food store will be the mainstay of a new high quality redevelopment scheme.
It is also working up planning applications for two other mixed use schemes at Northwich and south Shrewsbury which will be anchored by Waitrose food stores.

HOW Planning already acts for a number of major retailers including Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, B&Q and Lidl.
