ServicePower signs RSPCA deal

SERVICEPOWER Technologies, the Stockport-based provider of field management software, has signed a five-year deal to deliver a new project for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).

The contract will see RSPCA use Servicepower’s ServiceScheduling software to arrange its officers’ workloads. It said the deal will allow it to prioritise caseloads and incidents in real time.

RSPCA director of operations, Nigel Yeo, said:  “We identified the need to have a scheduling software package to enable our field officers to work more efficiently enabling us to undertake more proactive animal welfare.

“At the heart of the system is the concept of putting the person with the required skill at the correct location within the shortest time and the right technology is intrinsic to achieving this.

“ServicePower was chosen as the software provider because its core business is with organizations which are of a similar size to the RSPCA and which also respond to differing priorities of calls.”

Mark Duffin, CEO of ServicePower, said: “Following a selection and testing period, we are delighted our best in class scheduling solutions were chosen by the RSPCA to support their objectives. We are honoured to be providing our long-term support to such an important organisation.”
