Office agency plots expansion

SERVICED office agency, Offices Up North, is planning to expand to Leeds and Bradford after beating initial targets.

The Manchester-based firm, which finds businesses serviced office space, said it handled 100 enquires in its first six months.

These figures grew steadily each month, said the firm, reaching a peak of 29 in June. Typical requests are for small offices with three desks.

Director John Nash, said: “The primary goal now is to broaden the number of properties on our website to give clients even more choice. Certainly by the end of this year we would like to have a presence in Leeds and Bradford to increase the coverage.”

Serviced office providers that market their properties through Offices Up North include Bruntwood, Regus, Abbey Business Centres and Forsyth.
