Appointments: Arley Homes; Secured Mail & more

ANDY Morgan has joined Warrington-based Arley Homes as land manager.
An industry veteran with 30 years’ experience in the building and construction sector, including land director roles at Persimmon and McInerney Homes, he will be responsible for pursuing residential opportunities across the North West.
The 49-year-old from Chorley said: “Arley has an excellent reputation within the house building industry and a strong pipeline of development opportunities across the North West.”
MD John Cosgrave added: “Andy is a fantastic addition to our team with a wealth of experience and expertise. He will play a crucial role in our continued investment in the land department and wider activity in seeking out new development sites across the North West.”

WARRINGTON-based Secured Mail has appointed Linda Stone as head of sales and client services.
She joins the fast-growing business from Royal Mail, where she held a number of senior management roles, working primarily as an account director for major financial services clients.

MARIA Farnell has been appointed by entrepreneur Peter Done to run his newly-acquired publishing business, Graphite UK.
Graphite’s product is ‘Graphipedia’; a comprehensive guide to employment law published in print and online.
