Spencer Holdings to sell-off trade counters

KNIGHT Frank has been instructed to sell the seven trade counter units at Chapel Brook – a five-acre site within Huyton Business Park.
The scheme consists of 10 trade counters, which range in size from 6,329 sq ft to 10,251 sq ft, alongside eight additional units.
Chapel Brook is already home to Screwfix Direct and a crèche facility is considering taking space at the site which has planning permission for an additional 20,000 sq ft.
John Brown, surveyor at Knight Frank, said: “We have worked with Spencer Holdings in the past and are currently instructed on Sefton Business Park and The Link North, which is also part of Huyton Industrial Estate.
“The units at Chapel Brook Trade Park are a fantastic addition to our Liverpool industrial portfolio as they provide high quality glass fronted units ideally suited for trade counter operators in a well-established industrial area.”
Knight Frank is joint agent with Matthews & Goodman. It has been instructed by Spencer Holdings, the Knowlsey-based landlord and owner of Huyton Business Park.
