Roberts Partnership moves into St Peter’s Square

WEALTH management firm The Roberts Partnership has relocated to new offices in Manchester city centre after taking a 10-year lease at Bilsdale Properties’ 80 Mosley Street scheme.

The firm is paying £18.50 per sq ft on a suite of around 2,600 sq ft, according to property agency OBI Property which has advised on the move and will oversee a fit-out of the new offices.

“ We believe that in 80 Mosley Street we have found an excellent location to enable us to continue developing our business and we look forward to moving there within the next few months,” said Roberts Partnership director Jonathan Partington.

King Sturge represented Bilsdale Properties as landlord.
