Fledgling gift firm Toxic Fox hails ‘phenomenal’ progress

FLEDGLING personalised gift retailer ToxicFox.co.uk has continued its flying start by breaking its first year revenue target of £500,000 in less than 10 months.

The Stockport-based company says it has already dispatched more than 18,000 products and its website has received some two million views. Growth has been boosted by mentions on ITV programmes This Morning and The Only Way is Essex.

It is planning to move to a new base in Broadstone Mill, Reddish, where it has taken 3,500sq ft of space.

Having begun with five staff, it now employs 13 and is looking to hire a senior product designer .

Managing director Clinton Nije, 27, said: “The results are phenomenal; I think this demonstrates what can be achieved with hard work and an entrepreneurial spirit.

“The online gift market is becoming increasingly competitive but we believe we have developed a stand out brand, proposition and team that will ensure
ToxicFox.co.uk is a household name within three years.”
