Appointments: PH Creative; Warner Estates; and more

INTERNET marketing agency Ph Creative has recruited four new members of staff, bringing headcount to 24.

Jenni Fleet has joined the Liverpool-based agency as account manager from Baltic Creative, and will be responsible for day-to-day client liaison, marketing and events.

Social Media marketing executive Tom Valentine-Johnson joins after three years of freelancing for arts and music organisations, Annie Jones has joined as PA to managing director Bryan Adams and Jack Dotchin the firm’s sales team after working on business development in the SEO sector.

Mr Adams said: “I’m very pleased to welcome Jenni, Tom, Annie and Jack to the team. We have built our client portfolio consistently over the past year and a half and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved.”

Ph Creative is based in the Queen Buildings on Dale Street.

WARNER Estates has appointed Jonathan Black as senior asset manager, responsible for the Ashtenne Industrial Fund’s North West portfolio.
Black joins from MEPC, where he was head of leasing at Birchwood Park, Warrington for five years.

Jonathan Black of Warner EstatesHe will be based at the company’s Liverpool office, which also manages the assets of the Space Northwest portfolio that includes Liverpool Innovation Park at Edge Lane.

Wayne Locke, regional director at Warner Estate Holdings, said: “We welcome Jonathan to the Ashtenne team. He brings a wealth of experience to his new role and has already made significant headway since joining us at the end of February.

ZEN Internet has appointed Nicola Buxton as channel account manager.
She joins from IT solutions firm Central Networks and Technologies, where she was responsible for account management, new business sales, relationship building, inbound and outbound appointments and industry events.

She said: “I am really pleased to be joining Zen’s partner team. Over the coming months, I will be working with the team to strengthen Zen’s partner relationships to help them achieve their revenue goals in 2012 and beyond.”
