C&W appointed at The Rock
CUSHMAN & Wakefield has been appointed by Thornfield Properties (Bury) Ltd as property managers for The Rock in Bury.
The firm will work alongside asset managers, Hammerson at the popular retail and entertainment complex.
It is the third shopping centre that the C&W Manchester management team has been appointed on, and sits alongside The Triangle in Manchester and St George’s Shopping Centre in Preston, which form the team’s management portfolio.

“The Rock has proven to be a great success in the 18 months since it opened and we look forward to working alongside Hammerson and continuing to build on this.”
As a result of its continued growth, the C&W Manchester team has added surveyor Tom King to its ranks.
The Rock comprises around 620,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space. The development is anchored by Debenhams and Marks & Spencer, while the leisure element includes a 10-screen Vue cinema and an AMF 24-lane bowling complex.
