Zeus advises as Eden steps up to AIM

ZEUS Capital, the Manchester-based corporate finance house, advised
Oxfordshire-based Eden Research on its move from PLUS to AIM.

The early-stage company which is developing technologies for the agrochemicals, animal health industry, and consumer products sectors, has a market value of £21.6m.

Ross Andrews, Andrew Jones and Brian Stockbridge from Zeus advised Eden on the move up to the junior market, which its directors believe will increase the liquidity of the shares and make the busines more visible to investors.

Director Ross Andrews said: “We were appointed to Eden earlier this year and are delighted to have subsequently advised them on their introduction to AIM.

“Eden is an early stage company with some exciting IP and has entered into a number of commercial agreements with large corporates.”
