MoneyPlus heads down by Riverside

DEBT management firm MoneyPlus Group has agreed to take 21,500 sq ft at of space Bruntwood’s 140,000 sq ft Riverside office complex on New Bailey Street, near Salford Central station.

MoneyPlus Group, which is backed by Palatine Private Equity, is relocating from Altrincham.

Chris Davis, CEO, MoneyPlus Group said:  “The move to Riverside marks a significant step in the growth of MoneyPlus Group.  We have exciting plans to further grow the business.”

Bruntwood is currently in the midst of a refurbishment of Riverside, and Bruntwood CEO Chris Oglesby said that eight new customers had already agreed to taking space in the completed scheme.

“We’re well on our way to establishing Riverside as a key city centre location; it’s close to some excellent amenities including Salford Central train station, Spinningfields and Deansgate.”

MoneyPlus Group was advised on its move by Manchester-based agency OBI Property.

Partner Will Lewis said: “This is a major relocation and it is testament to the quality of Riverside and public transport infrastructure that our clients had the confidence to relocate from south Manchester.”
