Kleeneze wins excellence award

CATALOGUE retailer Kleeneze is celebrating winning an ‘excellence award’ in the Direct Selling Association’s awards.

The Accrington community based retailer, which is owned by Findel, the listed home shopping group , was honoured in particular for its most recent developments under the leadership of MD Jamie Stewart.

This included the firm’s ‘Breakfree’ recruitment initiative, which sparked  and 85% surge in distributor numnbers.

Other innovations include the launch of a party plan concept ‘ezeparty’ this year, which diversified the business.

Mr Stewart said: “After working incredibly hard over the past year to implement a number of new business strategies in what has been a very tough retail environment  it is great to be recognised for our enthusiasm and dedication to direct selling and for the support we ensure our distributor networks receive.
