Southport firm takes stake in Cayman Islands agent

SOUTHPORT-based Oasis Land Developments has bought a third of an estate agency based on the Cayman Islands.

The company said that the purchase of the stake in Williams2 will complement its own land sales efforts on the Islands.

Blake Harrison, sales manager of the Hall St-based firm, said: “As a result of the fact that we have now teamed up with the most respected Real Estate brand in the Cayman Islands, this will allow Oasis to offer for rent our own client’s properties once they have built a villa / property on their plot of land.

“Furthermore, Oasis will also be able to advise their clients on the potential yields available to them by renting their property out.”

The firm also said that it can attract financing for any plots bought which cost over £39,750.
