NWF finance director to return to HomeServe

JOHNATHAN Ford, finance director of Cheshire-based NWF, the fuels, feeds and fuel distribution group, is to leave the business to return to HomeServe as chief financial officer.

Mr Ford will not leave the AIM-listed group until October and will help find his replacement, NWF said.

Mr Ford joined NWF in 2009 from HomeServe where he had spent four years in a number of senior roles including group commercial director and later as finance director of its emergency services division. 

NWF Chief executive Richard Whiting, said: “”It has been a pleasure to work with Johnathan and I, on behalf of the Board, wish him every success in the future.

“During his three years with the group he has made a significant contribution to the performance of the business.  We have already begun our search for his successor and will update shareholders in due course.”

Richard Harpin, chief executive of HomeServe added: “‘I am delighted that Johnathan is rejoining the business and I am confident that he will make a significant contribution to our future growth.”
