Ex-Bentley Jennison pair launch corporate finance firm

A PAIR of former Bentley Jennison employees in Manchester have launched a new corporate finance boutique aimed at advising company owners on mergers and acquisitions.

David Simmons and Jay Singh have launched Atlas Corporate Finance with a view to advising clients on UK and cross-border transactions. The pair had previously worked in the corporate finance team at Bentley Jennison prior to its merger with RSM Tenon. Mr Singh then went on to join Frazer Hall Margers and Acqusitions two years ago.

The company, which is based in Bruntwood’s Centurion House building on Deansgate, said it will advise clients on buying and selling businesses, management buy-ins and buy-outs, equity and debt fundraising and on restructurings.

“As a specialist corporate finance firm, Atlas Corporate Finance provides a wholly focussed service, without the distractions of a general multi-disciplined practice,” the firm added.
