Landwood lands in Leeds

NORTH West asset valuation and recovery specialist Landwood Group is expanding its operation with the opening of a new office in Yorkshire.
The national practice has set up a new base in Leeds city centre. The office will be led by director Richard Parkinson.
Landwood provides due diligence advice and valuations for both lending purposes and for corporate restructuring and insolvency.
Landwood also offers an operational review of businesses, which looks at commercial and operational due diligence, and turnaround consultancy.
The Manchester-based business, which also has offices in Birmingham and London, was established in 2008 by Mr Parkinson and Mark Bailey.
The company provides expert advice on property, plant and machinery and business assets.
Mr Parkinson said: “Our expanding workload in Yorkshire, where we have worked on a number of different projects in recent months, means that setting up a permanent base in Leeds is common sense.
“This development is perfect for the business because it means we now have an excellent geographical spread. It’s a real opportunity for the Landwood brand to flourish and grow.”
“Our strategy is to continue to develop Landwood as a truly national operation and the opening of our Leeds office is an important milestone in our development.”
