Pochin lands £1.9m of smaller schemes

POCHIN Special Projects announces a string of new contract wins worth more than £1.9m.
The business, which carries out some of the smaller schemes undertaken by Middlewich-based Pochin, has landed a £605,000 to build a new 2,260 sq. ft. extension to the Volkswagen dealership in Stafford which will take 16 weeks to complete.
It has also landed a £560,000 deal to build a new single storey factory unit at Minerva Avenue in Cheshire West Employment Park. The the 11,000 sq. ft. unit will take 24 weeks to build and will be occupied by RJ Parry Joinery.
The division has also landed a £540,268 contract to build a new extension to 52-56 Alderley Road in Wilmslow on behalf of Quorum Estates, a £99,655 to build a new 200 sq m. boat store in Little Leigh near Northwich on behalf of The Grange School and a £150,447 contract to fit-out an existing office at The Hive on Stephenson Square, Manchester for Arts Council England.
