Haulier Brian Prescott buys competitor Roe Green

MANCHESTER-based haulier Brian Prescott Ltd has acquired competitor Roe Green Transport, also in Manchester, for an undisclosed sum.

Brian Prescott Ltd has been established for over 50 years, providing haulage, storage and distribution services.

Roe Green operates six vehicles and holds an ADR licence to carry chemical products.

Bolton-based KBS Corporate acted on behalf of Roe Green Transport. Tom Eatough of KBS Corporate, said: “I am delighted to have been able to agree the deal which I believe suits both parties. I expect the acquisition will provide Brian Prescott Ltd with the foundation to further expand its customer base throughout the UK.”
