Commercial Buildings on market for £6m
THE former headquarters of accountancy firm BDO have been put up for sale for £6m.
Commercial Buildings is a complex of three linked buildings at 11-15 Cross Street, 8 New Market and 26/28 Pall Mall respectively.
Collectively the freehold properties contain 35,223 sq ft of office space and 1,658 sq ft of retail , along with 48 secure basement car parking spaces.
Current tenants include Addleshaw Goddard, Office Angels, O2 and Subway – although the latter’s unit is currently closed.
The buildings generate an an annual rent of £478,700, reflecting a net yield of 7.54%.
The complex is being managed by Savills, which said that its position within the city’s retail and office core offers potential for refurbishment or redevelopment.
