Total Digital Solutions sold out of administration, safeguarding 26 jobs

BOLTON-based reprographics and print supplier Total Digital Solutions went into administration on August 1and was sold on the same day, safeguarding all jobs at the firm.

Benjamin Barrett and Jeremy Woodside of RSM Tenon, who were appointed joint administrators, sold the business to London-based Apogee Corporation, a national provider of managed print solutions and digital office products.

Apogee Corporation, which already has a base in Warrington, purchased Total Digital Solutions as part of its plans to expand its presence in the North West.

 

Mr Barrett from RSM Tenon said: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Total Digital Solutions by the Apogee Corporation and would like to wish the new owners and staff every success.”
