Lincoln House barristers move to Tower 12 in Spinningfields

LINCOLN House Chambers has moved to Tower 12 on Avenue North, Spinningfields from its former premises on Brazennose Street.

Guy Gozem QC, head of chambers at Lincoln House Chambers, said:  “We decided to take space at Tower 12 to accommodate our growing team, which includes 13 Queen’s Counsel and 53 Junior Counsel. The close proximity to the Crown Court and the Civil Justice Centre certainly helped us make our decision; however we were also bowled over by the space with its 360 degree views across the City.”

Michael Ingall, chief executive of Spinningfields’ owner Allied London Properties said: “Tower 12 has attracted many high-calibre businesses and I am delighted to see the space being taken by such varied and dynamic organisations. The feedback from the tenants has been excellent and we have created the innovative workspace which we always wanted to achieve.”

In addition to Lincoln House Chambers, the other tenants of Tower 12 announced so far are: Datalex, Barton Willmore, Leonard Curtis and Great Fridays.

Formerly known as Manchester House, Tower 12 comprises 75,000 sq ft of floor space which includes 40,000 sq ft of office space over ten floors, all sitting above the ten new retail and leisure units which make up Avenue North.
