Tunnicliffe plans growth for Bloom

ENTREPRENEUR Christopher Tunnicliffe is planning to open two new venues in Manchester by the end of the year.
Tunnicliffe has just relocated his Bloom Live club in Altrincham to a 300 capacity site in Stamford Road and has lined up locations in West Didsbury and the Northern Quarter.
It is understood he is putting £1.3m into rolling out the chain. The largest venue will be the Northern Quarter site in Stephenson Square which will also have a restaurant.
Manchester-based Sheila Bird Group carried out the interior design of the new Altrincham venue which opened on August 4.
Mr Tunnicliffe said: “The Bloom Live concept has proved to be incredibly popular and so when we had the opportunity to move to much larger premises, increasing capacity from 80 to 300, we approached Sheila Bird to create the interior design.
“We were confident they understood our vision and had the ability to enhance this further with their creative thinking, as well as being capable of turning it around within our three-week deadline.”
