The contract is divided into five lots. The first is the delivery of campaigns on TV and online, valued at £80-£200m, followed by direct marketing which is worth £80m-£160m.

Lots three to five are: digital marketing, valued at £60m-£120m; public relations services worth £20m-£40m; and call centre services, valued at £40m-£80m.

The deadline for the receipt of tenders of requests to participate is September 19.
