Based in Barrowford, Pendle, it designs and manufactures LED lights for clients in the UK and overseas.

Studio North delivered a complete rebrand, marketing materials and a new website.

Nick Wright, director Studio North, said: “The new Acdc brand needed to evoke confidence without being arrogant and proficient without showing off whilst being fun and professional.

“It also meant understanding its customers’ perspectives and evolving all channels in line with their specific expectations.”

COMMUNICATIONS firm the If Agency has won the contract to promote Paddy Power’s text betting service.

It has been asked to raise awareness among existing and new customers.

Gemma Field, project manager at The if agency, said: “Paddy Power is an amazing, energetic brand to work with. Launching text betting over this unique summer of sport has been as much about entertainment as it has been about getting across how quick and easy it is to use.”

SHOPPING centre events business Maynineteen has launched a new website.

The site pulls in live content from the Manchester firm’s social media platforms with the aim of creating a picture of its marketing activity.

Managing director Jo Prosser said: “We’ve upped our social media activity massively recently, making a concerted effort to interact more with our clients through Facebook and Twitter.

“We’ve refined all our other social media channels like YouTube, Flickr and Linkedin and we see the new website as the logical way to tie all of these elements together.”

“There is an enormous amount of preparation involved in organising even small events, but the activity itself is over often all too quickly, with some events lasting only a few hours. With this new social hub we hope to extend the legacy of our events with more engaging digital content.”
